“Trish is such an amazing cross-cultural coach. She is so supportive and understanding and can relate and give examples of how to deal with situations above and beyond her scope. It was such a pleasure.”
“Patricia delivered some of the best training I have ever received, to assist me with the cultural challenges of moving internationally while taking on a major new role. Far beyond basic intercultural awareness, her training explored personal growth, team dynamics, adopting a learning mindset and managing transition stress. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough, and I feel far better prepared for the move. Patricia was also a warm, considerate and highly engaging facilitator who did everything possible to ensure we got the most out of the day. Thank you once again!”
“This was an outstanding intercultural training. Patricia was very well prepared and able to adjust to my needs at any time. I had a good impression from the first discussions and she was able to connect to my thoughts, views and stories. What impressed me most though is that she kept it at this level throughout the whole day. I can highly recommend Patricia.”
“When it comes to international business protocol and diplomacy, Patricia certainly is one of the best in the business. Her work carefully breaks down and navigates sensitive cross-cultural barriers that exist between global business leaders and senior government officials. It is a sensitive and underestimated area yet can be extremely powerful and impactful managed. Patricia’s first-hand experience has led her to create an approach that is more tactical than anyone else in this space. She provides a most strategic diplomatic advisory role at a time when people are becoming increasingly aware of global issues that impact humanity, now more so than ever.”
“I had the pleasure of engaging Patricia Butera to conduct a series of Protocol Skills Development training sessions for my team. My team’s expertise was broad-ranging in experience and knowledge however Patricia was able to develop a customised program that provided me with an understanding of the skill sets available within my team and where additional guidance and support would be required. The course materials and actual training were delivered in a professional and practical manner and it was clear that Patricia was an expert in her craft. As a result of the training, my team had a far greater awareness of protocol services, increased their skill set which has allowed us to provide increased services to our Macquarie University stakeholders as a result. I look forward to engaging Patricia for further protocol training services in the future.”
“Patricia has a work philosophy that is unique in any person I have met. She assesses an individual’s overarching vision to provide targeted recommendations that enables them to achieve their best and focus on their outcomes. She is highly professional, proactive and solutions-focused, with the most detailed knowledge of etiquette, grace and business acumen, that I have encountered. ”
