E-Courses and Online Event Participation
Terms & Conditions of Purchase
The terms and conditions set out below refer to your participation (you, the registered participant, whether independent or representative of an organisation) in an e-course, online workshop, seminar, webinar, or coaching service (the product or service), which is provided by 60ZONE Pty Ltd or any one of its brands including The Global Assistant Online, International Business Protocol or Business Cultures International (the Provider).
By continuing with your purchase you acknowledge the following:
1. All product or service purchases are final and non-refundable.
2. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the Provider, a refund limited to the value of the product or service fee will be provided.
3. Any login credentials or URL links provided as part of your purchase are for single use and must not be shared.
4. Duplication of participant registrations or unusual log-in activity found in our online registers and online course enrolment statistics will result in cancellation of your purchase.
5. You acknowledge that there is no guarantee of increase in performance, business, revenue, or any aspect of your business, or that which you represent, as a result of your participation in the product or service purchased.
6. You understand that seminars, webinars and some online group sessions including question and answer sessions may be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to any such recording.
7. The Provider may, at its sole discretion and with no further notice, decline to provide a session recording to any participant for any reason.
8. The Provider uses third party virtual delivery platforms and your use of such platform are governed by the respective third party’s separate terms and conditions.
9. Promotional Offers (if applicable). Refer to any additional terms and conditions at the time of booking a promotional offer.
10. You agree to receive the Provider’s emails containing news, updates and promotions regarding their services and products. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
11. Online events may contain content which includes without limitation images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, sounds, text, data and other materials displayed or available on the online event (the "Content") that is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and/or other proprietary rights of 60ZONE Pty Ltd and third-party content providers (all parties, including 60ZONE Pty Ltd are singly and collectively the "Providers"). You agree to comply with any and all restrictions regarding use of the Content.
12. Use of Materials. No content from from any of the products and services provided may be copied, republished, uploaded, or otherwise distributed. You may not sublicense, transfer or otherwise make available any content to any third party for commercial purposes or financial gain or use the content in any other media or in any location. You may not alter or modify the content in any way.
13. The Provider and their representatives are, with the exclusion of gross negligence, in no way liable for any loss or damages whether direct, indirect or consequential which you may suffer in reliance directly or indirectly on all or any part of your workshop participation or its informational content. You indemnify and hold harmless the Event Host from and against any and all actions, claims, liabilities, proceedings or demands which may be brought against them in respect of any loss or damage (including loss of income, revenue, or profits in addition to reasonable legal fees and expenses).
14. The liability of the Provider is governed solely by Australian Consumer Law and these Terms. Any other conditions and warranties which may be implied by custom, law or statute are expressly excluded.
15. The Provider cannot be held responsible for how, where or the manner in which the recommendations are applied by you. As such, you shall indemnify, defend and hold the Provider and its representatives, harmless against any and all claims that may be brought against the Provider as a direct or indirect result of providing the product or service.
16. In any case, the Provider’s liability is limited at all times to the amount of the registration fee paid by you.
17. The terms and conditions of service are governed by Australian law, specifically, the law of New South Wales and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts in Sydney.
18. All other website disclaimers and privacy policies apply as published on the 60ZONE Pty Ltd website.
